Buyer evidence
Understand the pricing friction.
A review of existing prices and deals, plus up to five buyer interviews arranged by you.
For teams with recurring discounting, confusing packages or pricing objections they do not fully understand.
What you receive
Buyer evidence
A review of existing prices and deals, plus up to five buyer interviews arranged by you.
Pricing logic
A recommendation on what buyers pay for, such as usage or capacity, and how the price changes with it.
Package comparison
Up to three package options and financial scenarios using your costs and deal data.
Sales handover
Discount guidelines, a price explanation and a controlled test plan with decision criteria.
Illustrative example
The package names below are examples; prices are set using buyer evidence and your economics. This is a made-up example to show the format, not client work or a promised recommendation.

| Package | Buyer situation | Pricing decision to test |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | One recurring job with a clear starting scope | What is the smallest useful package, and what is excluded? |
| Growth | The same job at greater usage or capacity | Which unit should make the price increase? |
| Scale | Higher usage with a different support requirement | Which additional value belongs in the package? |

Discuss Design & Pilot ↗Fees exclude VAT. Scope and schedule confirmed before starting. Timelines begin once agreed inputs are available.
Required: prices, margins/cost assumptions, won/lost deal examples, access to buyers and a decision-maker.
Design, €5,000: one offer, one buyer segment, existing pricing/deal review, up to five buyer interviews arranged by the client, two workshops and one decision session.
Deliverables: pricing-friction assessment; value metric and price logic; up to three package options; financial scenarios using client costs and deal data; discount guidelines; sales explanation; a controlled pilot plan and decision criteria.
Design & Pilot, €6,000: adds two weeks of guided testing with up to five live opportunities, two deal/pricing reviews and one recommendation update. The client owns negotiations and contractual decisions.
Week 1: data review. Week 2: buyer interviews. Week 3: options and scenarios. Week 4: decision and sales handover. Weeks 5–6: pilot for the extended option.
Completion: the decision-maker selects a testable option and sales has the explanation and rules to use it. Five interviews offer qualitative direction, not statistical proof of willingness to pay. Sales-cycle length may prevent measuring closed revenue within the sprint.
Excludes: billing engineering, legal advice, existing-contract migration and guaranteed revenue/margin improvement.
One business unit, one accountable sponsor and one primary commercial question unless expressly stated otherwise. Each project has named client owners and delivery dates in the signed scope.
One consolidated revision round within ten working days of delivery. New segments, markets, datasets, roles or workstreams are scope changes and priced before work starts.
Payment: 50% at booking and 50% at agreed delivery. Work starts after booking payment and prerequisite inputs. The final scope and terms are confirmed in your proposal and contract.
Project pricing covers the named deliverables. Data gaps are reported explicitly; extra research is not silently added. No guaranteed revenue, win rate or hiring outcome. Cancellation, confidentiality, liability and data handling must be agreed in the actual contract.
If your Diagnostic has already produced an input included in a follow-up project, we remove the duplicated work and quote the reduced scope. You won’t pay twice for the same analysis.
